The team of photographers at Corporate-Portrait.co.uk aims at offering more than a simple photography service and we want to make sure you enjoy the whole experience. If for some unlikely reasons, an issue occurs at some point during our relationship, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.
We will be fair at all times and our idea of customer service is to treat our clients the way we wish to be treated. We have positioned our services at a competitive price for the quality we offer and our goal is that every client ends up with a set of images he/she loves.
By booking online our services, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Once a shoot has been booked and paid online, we will send you a confirmation email. Our photographer will meet you at the location you have selected in Central London (zone 1 & 2). He will briefly review your ideas for the shoot with you and scout the location to find the best place to set up our mobile studio and to create a great shot! After the shoot, we will review all the images and do a quick edit and send you all the usable images of the shoot in low resolution via wetransfer. From this set, you will need to select which ones you want us to retouch. We will need to receive your selection within a week of sending you the low resolution images. Final high resolution retouched images will be delivered as A4 jpeg and will be sent via wetransfer within 5 business days from the date we received your selection. We do not provide raw files of the images.
The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright to the Photographer, so Kalory LTD retains the full copyright and title of the photographs at all times throughout the world, but the images will be licensed to you for an unlimited time, non-exclusive rights, Worldwide. Please note that we will not send you printed version of the images, but only digital format. Images will be sent via wetransfer.
Corporate-Portrait.co.uk / Kalory LTD reserves the right for any photograph created during a photo shoot to be displayed in the studio, portfolio, social media or in any other advertising directly associated with Corporate-Portrait.co.uk / Kalory LTD. If this is an issue for you, please simply let us know by email (email@example.com) and we will make sure to keep your set of images on a separate archive.
If for some reasons you need to reschedule your shoot, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately we will only allow one reschedule of your booking, but we are happy to consider some extra flexibility in extraordinary circumstances.
All location arrangements, permissions and authorisations need to be organised by the customer prior to the shoot. Unfortunately, our photographers cannot wait for a location to become ready or available, so arrangements needs to be made according to the booked time slot.
Any Health and Safety requirements need to be clearly communicated prior to the shoot. If for some reasons, our photographers feel that they have been put in a situation where either themselves or the equipment are in danger or there is a risk in terms of health and safety, they have the right to refuse to shoot.
Corporate-Portrait.co.uk / Kalory LTD shall not be liable for indirect loss or third party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to our customers arising from delay in transit. Where work is defective for any reason, including negligence, our liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such defect.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
